In addition to my regular watercolor work, I decided to join the ranks of the daily painters doing small oils. Beginning on April 8, 2008 I began a painting-a-day series continuing for one year. In preparation for my paintings I shoot hundreds of photographs. I recently began submitting the photos to competitions and have started winning awards.
